In large bowl beat 8 eggs, with 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic salt,
beat together,heat 2 Tblsp Olive oil in oven proof skillet over med heat, add mixture
Mix together slightly, cook 4-7 min until eggs are almost set, lifting egg mixture occasionally to let uncooked mixture flow to bottom.
sprinkle one cup parm cheese over top
serve with bread and salad of your choice

can you make this without heavy cream? I dont have any and I think the boys *might* actually eat this lol!
I am not sure. you may be able to use evap milk, the recipe doesnt say.
