Walmart.... & Kroger - baby back ribs

ok so I have been bad. and totally forgot to post these trips, I can't believe I remembered to take pics! I'll have to do some searching for the totals for these deals I picked up. kinda high OOP, but there was some GOOD meats involved! I cooked the 2 rack of baby back ribs together with THIS "Who Loves Ya Baby-Back?" recipe by Alton Brown of "Good Eats" and it was sooooo good. ( I did change it up a little do to time and couldnt find ingredients like the old bay and jalepeno seasoning, only cooked it 2 hours in oven, then put in fridge for the next day and cooked it for about 30 min on the grill outside with a tiny bit of BBQ sauce tasted SOO good, the kids were going NUTS over the ribs, I was too!!)

Tater Tot Casserole

My simple spin on the Duggar's Tater tot Casserole
1 lb ground Beef
1 can Cream of Chicken
1/2 - 1 can milk
1/2 - 1lb frozen tatertots
grated cheddar cheesebrown and drain 1lb ground beef

add in 1 can cream of chicken

add in 1 can milk - stir

pour into 9 x 13 in baking dish - spread out

top with frozen tater tots to liking bake in 350 oven 30- 35min

top with grated cheddar cheese

I like to eat mine with sour cream on the top!

I had to hit up CVS again after having a Rx transfered, so I could use the $25 free gift card coupon that was expiring. They had some more clearance items out, I missed out on ALOT, another couponer was there, and had raided all the batteries right before I got there grr! I did get some good stuff though. Veronica got a mini ironing board that she had been wanting forever, reg $5.99 clearance for $0.59! Valerie got a Hannah Montanah watch reg $9.99 for $1.00! Arizona Tea for $0.13, Battereis for $0.58, Dog toys for $0.50 & $0.30, Chia cat grass $1.80, Jello for $0.10 Cottonelle was sale priced for $5.49 ( I didnt bring coupon with me cause I decided to blow my way expired ECBs on this stuff, in addition to $4 ECB that wasnt expired, but needed, and then another expired $3.49 ECB towards the CVS brand TP which was $3.49. Can't forget the SOBE was free after coupons and sale, BOGO sale w/ BOGO coupons, x2 $0 OOP... $0.44 on Gift card
